What&#8217;s the collective noun for UNI Communications people? A solidarity of UNIs? Whatever it is, that&#8217;s what we just saw on Union Island as around 20 new avatars landed in from UNI Global Union&#8217;s Communicators&#8217; Forum in South Africa.

<p>What&#8217;s the collective noun for UNI Communications people? A solidarity of UNIs? Whatever it is, that&#8217;s what we just saw on Union Island as around 20 new avatars landed in from UNI Global <a href="http://www.unicommunicators.org" title="uni" target="_blank">Union&#8217;s Communicators&#8217; Forum</a> in South Africa.<span id="more-97"></span></p>
<p>The UNInoobs then spent a while exploring and learning more about SL, before heading back to RL to discuss the potentials of this and other new web technologies for union communications, across Africa and around the world.</p>
<p>I hope we&#8217;ll see more of them all soon.  I think they get a world record though for the number of people on one shared broadband connection &#8211; next time they come, their clothes might get a chance to load properly!</p>
